We are looking to develop a marketplace connecting travellers with independent travel agents to compare online prices and receive personalised travel proposals. The attached requirements document outlines the requirements for the design and development of the platform, which consists of:
- Public Website – Informational site showcasing the platform, services, and user benefits.
- Traveller Portal – Dashboard for travellers to submit travel requests, compare offers, and book trips.
- Travel Agent Portal – Dashboard for independent agents to receive leads, submit proposals, and manage sales.
- Admin Portal – Backend system for platform management, analytics, and user moderation.
Proposals we receive MUST include the following:
- Total Cost Estimate – Detailed breakdown of design, development, testing, and maintenance in GBP Only - Team Allocation – Number of frontend developers, backend developers, product designers, QA testers, and - product managers assigned exclusively to this project. - Delivery Timelines – A phased project timeline detailing milestones and key deliverables. - Proposed Technology Stack – Recommendations for frontend, backend, database, and hosting infrastructure. - Post-Launch Support & Maintenance – Ongoing support options, SLA terms, and future scalability recommendations.
