Convert artists drawings of fishing lures, into accurate 3D files which will be printed and then cast in metal. The 3D files need to be volumetrically accurate so that when they are cast in metal (Lead) that they weigh the exact amount required. There ate two designs, each of which will be cast in 7 different weights, to each design will need to be scales up/down to suit but must be 100% accurate in terms of the volume.
The design of the 2x lures will be supplied by our designer, it will be your job to convert these into aesthetically matching 3D designs which can be printed in two halfs so that they can be married up around a fishing hook, in order for us to cast the corresponding shape, in great detail, onto an existing fishing hook. The initial output for this project will be 14x 3D Printer Friendly Files, each of which will be in 2 Parts.
