We are seeking an experienced SF Admin to join our team and provide support to our busy company in the scientific arena. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce and be able to handle various administrative tasks, including custom work, price upload, and ongoing upkeep.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Salesforce instances, including user administration, data entry, and customization.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, and workflows to meet the specific needs of our company.
Upload and manage product pricing and inventory information in Salesforce.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and provide support to users.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong experience with Salesforce administration, including custom work, price upload, and maintenance.
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce customization, including workflow rules, validation rules, and page layouts.
Experience with data migration and integration between Salesforce and other systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus.
