I am currently making a short reel to empathise the extent of sexual abuse within the UK.
Your potential partaking in this project can be completed remotely. I'm looking for 8 different people to record them self in portrait mode, saying a sentence relating to how prevalent sexual abuse is
These sentences will be:
Character A "It happened to me"
Character B "It happened to me on a night out"
Character C "It happened to me in the family home"
Character D "It happened to me by a stranger"
Character E "It happened to me by someone I trusted"
Character F "It happened to me when my drink was spiked"
Character G "It happened to my child when she was away"
Character H "I barely survived when it happened to me"
All sentences should be spoken with a reserved, sad and meaningful manner. The characters you're representing have been through absolute trauma, please reflect this in your performance.
The character description and rough film locations, should you choose to accept, are as follows:
Character A Middle aged woman, filmed on a sofa setting
Character B Youngish female, early 20s, filmed in a bedroom
Character C Middle aged woman, filmed outside on a doorstep, if possible
Character D Middle aged woman, filmed in a carpark or park setting
Character E Late 40s early 50s woman, filmed in a kitchen
Character F Early 30s man, filmed in a garage
Character G Late 20s early 30s woman, filmed in a living room
Character H Early 30s woman, filmed sad looking out of the window
