I need some drawings. I want to convert a first floor and loft into a 2- or 3-bed flat. I’m going to use it for 2 months, then further convert it to a 6-unit HMO. Meaning I need two sets of drawings.
The first set should be for a 2- or 3-bed flat (converted from Class E to C3 under Class G) and designed in a way that later converting it into a 6-unit HMO will be straightforward without breaking too many walls.
