About the Role:
- As our Lead Generation Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads that convert into paying customers. Your primary focus will be leveraging LinkedIn, but you will also explore other relevant platforms and channels. You will play a crucial role in fueling our sales pipeline and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies, primarily focusing on LinkedIn outreach and engagement. - Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within specific industries and demographics. - Build and manage targeted contact lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools. - Craft compelling outreach messages and personalized connection requests that resonate with potential clients. - Engage with prospects on LinkedIn, nurturing relationships and building rapport. - Manage and optimize LinkedIn company pages to enhance brand visibility and attract followers. - Utilize LinkedIn groups and communities to participate in industry discussions and identify potential leads. - Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and ROI. - Experiment with different lead generation tactics and strategies to continuously improve results. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up. - Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and LinkedIn marketing. - Explore and utilize other lead generation channels as appropriate (e.g., industry events, online communities, content marketing). - For Indonesian candidates: Understand the Indonesian business culture and adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.
Compensation: - This is a long-term contract position with a competitive monthly payment.
