I'm looking for a skilled developer or team to create a web-based live calendar and tracking system, similar in functionality to the one used by Dessert Boss (dessertboss.co.uk). My business already has a website (www.thejerkhub.com) that is in the process of having a design brand refresh. However, we want to start working on a system that allows customers to view real-time availability and track the location of our street food truck, show our menu updates, sell merchandise, allow people to book for events.

Website Functionality:
Current Location Calendar: Customers should be able to view a calendar displaying real-time availability of our services. This calendar needs to be dynamically updated based on bookings and scheduled events. We typically use Google Workspace Products to book all Integration with a booking/scheduling system is crucial. Specific requirements for calendar display (e.g., daily/weekly view, color-coding, filtering) can be discussed.
Tracking System: The core feature is a tracking map ( it doesn't need to be real time) which should be linked to our google calendar where we manually add all our events.
Mobile App : I'm also interested in exploring creating a mobile app (iOS and Android) that mirrors the website's functionality. Please let me know if you have experience in mobile app development and how the website functionality will integrate with an app.
Admin Panel: A secure admin panel is required for managing the calendar, tracking data, bookings, and other system settings. This panel should allow me to:
Add/edit/remove events and availability. View and manage bookings. Update tracking information (if manual updates are necessary). Generate reports (e.g., booking summaries, tracking logs).
User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX): The integration should have a clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interface. The design should be responsive and work seamlessly on all devices (desktops, tablets, and smartphones). I am open to UI/UX design suggestions.
