I am seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant based in Indonesia to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. This is a remote position offering a flexible work arrangement. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: - General Administrative Support: Managing emails, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, organizing files, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed. - Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, providing support via email, chat, or phone (if required), and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Content Creation: Assisting with creating written content, such as blog posts, articles, or social media captions - Research & Data Collection: Conducting online research, gathering data, and compiling reports. - Project Management Support: Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and coordinating tasks
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related administrative role. - Must be based in Indonesia. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
