We seek an experienced freelancer to assist in developing artificial intelligence voice agents for clients within the United Kingdom. The chosen candidate will collaborate directly with our clients to comprehend their needs and desires for an AI solution. Subsequently, the freelancer will construct the voice agents using High Level, an industry-leading platform for building conversational interfaces.
Key responsibilities include scripting user prompts and agent responses to ensure natural dialogues, designing workflow sequences to automate complex tasks, and on occasion integrating the voice agents with clients' customer relationship management systems via integrations like Zapier or Make. The ideal candidate possesses proven expertise in crafting voice assistants within High Level as well as comparable platforms such as VAPI. They demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of crafting linguistically consistent and precisely accurate scripts and prompts to engender reliable, coherent actions from the artificial intelligence.
Strong communication and client management skills are necessary to understand client visions and deliver products meeting or exceeding expectations. Payment will be commensurate with experience.
