We are looking for a freelancer to manage an Email Outreach & LinkedIn Engagement for Business Development in Recruitment on behalf of Fresh People, a permanent recruitment agency specializing in Fresh Produce, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, and Supply Chain & Logistics across the UK.
We need an experienced freelancer to build a structured email sequence in Apollo io to reach 200 new potential clients per week (800 per month) looking at sending 40 per day so we don’t hit spam. You must be capable of building sequences that target clients within the relevant sectors to our business so must be experienced in crafting bespoke, high-quality emails to engage new B2B potential clients
Project Scope & Responsibilities: Use Apollo io to send personalized email sequences to decision-makers in targeted companies. Identify key decision-makers within Food Production , Food Manufacturing , Agriculture , Farming , Dairy , Logistics & Supply Chain and Wholesale , the contacts you will be reaching out to will either be Head of HR or Head of People , HR Manager , HRBP , Senior decision makers in the business , Operations Director , Commercial Director , Finance Director , Managing Director ,Talent Acquisition Manager otherwise you would contact
Start targeting companies in Kent, then expand to Essex and London, and eventually cover all UK counties.
The Ideal Freelancer: Proven experience in B2B email outreach in Apollo io and LinkedIn / Sales Navigator engagement. Skilled in writing bespoke, high-converting outreach emails. Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outlook Understanding of how to target companies on behalf of a recruitment company like ours within our specific industries with Fresh Produce being the first and foremost followed by Food Manufacturing / Farming / Agriculture / Supply Chain & Logistics / FMCG these are the sectors we support check out our website http://www.freshpeople.co.uk and in apollo these are the industry key words agriculture/ dairy / food production / food and beverages/ farming / wholesale/ supermarkets / logistics & Supply chain
Budget & Commitment: Fixed rate of £100 per month for 800 targeted outreaches – 200 emails per week 40 per day on sequence Monday – Friday , the emails will go out from our outlook email we will provide you with the details to get this set up already linked to Apollo io . All analytics will need to be monitored and reports will need to be submitted to us weekly on the performance of the campaign . Ongoing work each month available based on performance and results.
