I need a developer to build an automated program that scrapes my dealership’s website for current inventory and outputs a structured file (CSV or Google Sheets). The program should:
Extract vehicle make, model, trim, stock status, and price. Run daily and update the inventory file. Handle JavaScript-rendered pages (using Playwright or Selenium). Organize data into a CSV file or Google Sheets with easy filtering. Flag vehicles that are out of stock or missing from the inventory. Be automated and scheduled (cron job, Windows Task Scheduler, or cloud-based). Ideal Candidate: Proficiency in Python (Playwright, Selenium, or BeautifulSoup). Experience with Google Sheets API or CSV processing. Ability to schedule automated tasks. Past experience working with car dealership inventory scraping (preferred but not required).
