Your support would be to determine whether consent and payment for consent is needed for the extension and renovation of the property and advise as to where this is stated and put together a short letter contesting the request for payment for consent if there is not prior written agreement which states that consent needs to be paid for.
Also support with the statutory purchase of the freehold from the freeholder and headleasor.
