What I can share with you ... I need an app that runs through a mobile app for the end users and through a website on an administration level. Administrations imports an excel file that opens various projects for the end users to process. The end user (Mob app) will be able to pick a project, use camera and save photos on a cloud based host while choosing the folder it should go in. Then he gets to complete a form but these results will have to be exported on a spreadsheet type of template (excel or google sheets). So , end user saves photos , completes form (creates excel file) and goes to pick another project. That's all I can share with you at the moment. I am posting a general price for that so I expect a more accurate offer from you guyz. I should also be able to customize the app and I'd love to see some of your previous work.
