**Project Scope:** Creation of high-performing video advertisements for Google Ads campaigns, specifically for ecommerce jewellery clients (engagement rings and related products).
**Responsibilities:**
* **Concept Development & Scripting:** * Independently develop compelling video ad concepts based on provided product range or specific product selections. * Create engaging and concise scripts that highlight key product features and benefits. * Understand and effectively communicate the unique selling propositions of high-end jewellery. * **Video Production & Editing:** * Produce professional-quality video ads that adhere to Google Ads specifications (duration, formats, resolutions, etc.). * Utilize high-quality visuals, including product close-ups, lifestyle shots, and potentially motion graphics. * Employ effective editing techniques to create visually appealing and engaging videos. * Be able to create multiple variations of the same video, to allow for A/B testing. * **Technical Proficiency:** * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Google Ads video ad specifications and best practices. * Ensure videos are optimized for various devices and screen sizes. * Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). * Understand and implement aspect ratios, and file sizes required for google ads. * **Ecommerce Expertise:** * Possess a strong understanding of ecommerce marketing principles and conversion optimization. * Create video ads that drive traffic and conversions for online jewellery sales. * Understand how to highlight product details in a way that generates sales. * **Independent Workflow:** * Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to develop and execute video ad concepts. * Effectively manage project timelines and deliverables. * Communicate clearly and proactively regarding project progress. * Ability to work to tight deadlines. * **Product Knowledge:** * Ability to understand the beauty and value of high end jewellery, and translate that into video format. * Ability to highlight the important aspects of engagement rings, such as the 4 C's, and the materials used.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Proven experience creating successful video ads for Google Ads ecommerce campaigns. * Extensive knowledge of Google Ads video ad specifications and best practices. * Portfolio showcasing high-quality video ads for ecommerce clients, ideally within the jewellery or luxury goods industry. * Strong understanding of visual storytelling and marketing principles. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Experience creating video ads specifically for jewellery products.
**Deliverables:**
* High-quality video ads optimized for Google Ads (multiple variations per product/range). * Scripts and storyboards (if applicable). * Final video files in required formats and resolutions.
**Project Requirements:**
* Access to product images and/or videos. * Website URL for product information. * Clear communication of product range or specific products to be promoted.
