We are a small company that have just moved premises and we are looking for someone to give advice and take on the sorting of business rates. Prior to now we have never paid business rates, which is changing with the move. The unit we are now in is going to be partitioned and turned into x2 units and we are interested in minimising rates. We work in the classic motor sport industry and similar companies we know have said they are set up in the entertainment industry and their rates are less.
We are looking for someone to quote a price to advise and also follow through to the local authority (West Berkshire) and also the VOA once the unit has been partitioned.
