I’m looking for an experienced LinkedIn Ads expert who can create and manage highly effective ad campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROI.
This role requires someone who understands LinkedIn’s ad ecosystem, knows how to target the right audience, and can optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities: - Set up and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns (lead generation, brand awareness, engagement). - Develop compelling ad creatives & copy aligned with my brand messaging. - Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance. - Implement laser-targeted audience segmentation using LinkedIn’s ad tools. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and recommendations. - Optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and ensure the best return on ad spend (ROAS).
Ideal Candidate: ✅ Proven experience running successful LinkedIn Ads campaigns. ✅ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn’s targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics. ✅ Ability to create engaging ad copy, visuals, and lead magnets. ✅ Familiarity with retargeting strategies and LinkedIn’s lead gen forms. ✅ Strong analytical skills to interpret ad performance and optimize accordingly. ✅ Experience in B2B marketing or professional services is a plus.
Deliverables: - Fully optimized LinkedIn ad campaigns (setup + management). - Creative ad assets (copy, visuals, and call-to-action strategies). - Performance reports with insights and recommendations. - Ongoing strategy refinement based on data-driven results.
