The website ranked #1 for the target local keyword for several years. However it has been seemingly hit by recent Google updates (it's now ranking #5).
I believe there are issues with the blog, as it is noticeable that the websites ranking above it either have no blogs or inactive ones.
Another issue could be the GMB location. We use a virtual office, which has changed slightly on our Google profile. Whilst most rankings have dropped, the one for our actual location has improved.
Potentially there could be other issues, that you will be able to identify.
I'm only looking for consultancy / advice - we will implement this.
We are a web design agency, so it would be good to have someone on hand for future SEO projects for clients.
