The ideal candidate will possess stellar graphic design skills with a keen understanding of visual hierarchy, typography and balanced composition. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software is essential for producing camera-ready digital files and physical proofs. A portfolio demonstrating experience in crafting elegant yet uncomplicated designs for various industries will be considered favorably.
While the nature of the business dictates a somewhat conservative aesthetic, I encourage innovative approaches which subtly capture the passion and promise underlying this new undertaking. Incorporating subtle touches of colour or imaginative iconography to represent underlying concepts and values could help the cards transcend from merely functional to artfully representative of the brand ethos.
The selected designer will work collaboratively to refine preliminary design concepts based on inputs regarding tones, messages and target audiences.
