Conduct a preliminary trademark search, if necessary, to assess potential conflicts. Manage communications with the UAE Ministry of Economy and address any objections or requirements. Provide updates on the trademark registration timeline and next steps.
Requirements: Registered IP Attorney in the UAE with a valid license. Extensive experience in UAE trademark registration and IP law. Strong knowledge of priority-based trademark applications and international trademark processes. Based in the UAE, as local representation is required for this filing. Proven track record of successfully registering trademarks with the Ministry of Economy.
