Neighboring this Grand Central hub, private wings would extend for three to four bedrooms, each opening onto a serene backyard sanctuary. Functional yet fashionable, storage and workspaces must complement leisure zones throughout.
Exteriors will showcase sleek horizontal forms, flat or low-pitched roofs with deep overhangs, and floor-to-ceiling glass throughout. High quality sustainable building methods are paramount.
