We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and maintaining data records, spreadsheets, and reports. Organize and track data for analysis and reporting purposes. Perform regular audits of data to ensure quality and consistency. Customer Support:
Handle inbound inquiries and assist with customer service tasks. Provide timely responses to emails, phone calls, and messages. Assist with basic troubleshooting or information gathering for clients. Document Management:
Maintain and update files, records, and documentation in an organized manner. Ensure that sensitive information is securely stored and handled. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to streamline administrative processes. Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned. Collaborate remotely with team members to ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Specialist (preferably remote). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment. Preferred Skills:
