"I need to create a flyer for rugby, I need some adaptation to this design in terms of the words used and how it is highlighted in an A5 flier.
I want to keep the image and design structure, but change the words on the document.

And don’t be surprised if they start picking up other unusual habits—like helping a teammate up after a brutal tackle, looking out for the smallest player on the team, or putting the team’s success ahead of their own individual glory.
They’ll learn that fear isn’t something to avoid—it’s something to control and overcome. That the tackle they hesitated on today is the one they’ll go in for tomorrow. That when they hit the ground hard, they get back up harder. That setbacks aren’t the end, just another step forward.
On the rugby pitch, they’ll realise that giving up is never an option. That no matter how tired they are, there’s always one more sprint to make, one more ruck to hit, one more teammate who needs them.
They’ll understand that victory isn’t just about the scoreboard—it’s about playing with heart, supporting your mates, and leaving everything on the field.
And when the final whistle blows, they’ll walk off, bruised and exhausted, with mud on their face and a grin that says, "That was brilliant. Let’s do it again."
