We are doing a bathroom refurb in a London Victorian house. We would like to have a redesign with 2D and 3D images.

I've also attached an estate agent floor plan of our house. You will see the bathroom dimensions on here. The height is 2.7m.
We want to put a shower (wet room style) where the cupboard is.

1. Will there be a 2D plan and elevations with sections? 2. How many 3D images? 3. Will you recommend any design alternatives? 4. How many revisions? 5. Will you include a source file? In which formats? 6. What will the time scale be? 7. Can you also produce Construction / technical drawings for the builders? If so, how much extra would this be?
