I have recreated this job as I had missed a lot of info which should have been included.
I am looking for someone to build a website plugin for hiring out facilities.
We will be building a wordpress site and we would want to be able to manage facility bookings.
Requirements are: 1) A Website where people can create an account and add their facilities, once they are added they are given a link they can share with their end users to book their facilties. 2) They should have a calendar for the facilities on the front end and back end making it easy to see which slots are available and which aren't marking busy slots as "fully booked" 3) it must allow people to make block bookings and pay upfront or weekly bookings that will be automatically charged ahead of time 4) Backend access (wp-admin) where users can cross out internal bookings and make the facilities unavailable to hire 5) be able to add new facilities such as classrooms/sports halls/football pitches 6) Be able to take bookings on all of the above, including partial bookings (someone may wish to hire just 1/3rd of a pitch) meaning 2/3rds are still available for hire but the full pitch would not be (due to some of it already beign used) 7) It must allow additional extras - for instance if someone books a meeting room, they can add tea/coffee or a buffet, or if someone books a pitch, they can add changing rooms and after match refreshments - these must be customizable when someone adds a faciltity in their account area. 8) the durations of all bookings would be by the "hour" for pricing but may also allow half day or full day bookings, these must be customizable by the users when they create their facilities. 9) users can ONLY see the facilities they have created but the main admins must be able to see everyones facilities. 10) Everything to be very user friendly so people can easily sign up, add their facilities and share the links to people who may wish to hire them from them. 11) The admin area for us would need to be very smooth and when a user logs in and looks at their facilities it would need to show them all bookings. 12) All payments would come directly to us and we would send the payments to the clients manually. 13) We would require the ability to add a booking fee onto each users facilities, which might be different for some clients than others, so one client may be 50p per booking, another may be £2, we may also charge a percentage rather than a fixed amount. 14) There Should there be automated notifications for bookings, cancellations, and payment reminders. 15) We would need basic reporting tools to track bookings, revenue, and user activity? 16) all new facilities must be approved by admin. 17) users to be able to add their company information and images to their facilities pages and have a page listing all of their facilities branded to themselves 18) Users to add a "rules and terms" document people must agree to before booking their facilities 19) Payments would be via stripe. 20) bookings can be cancelled and refunded but only X amoutn of days before the booking, users should be able to set this limit in their facility creation page.
The site will be built on wordpress with the avada theme.
