I’m contacting you on behalf of a Florida-based corporation that owns and manages a portfolio of real estate assets throughout the state. We are currently seeking to engage Florida-licensed litigation and trial attorneys to handle complex legal actions involving:
• Mortgage servicer misconduct and wrongful foreclosure
• Violations of federal statutes (RESPA, FDCPA, TILA)
• Breach of contract and lender bad faith
• Discharge injunction violations stemming from a previously confirmed Chapter 11 case
We are particularly interested in attorneys with strong trial and civil litigation experience in both Florida state and federal courts. While bankruptcy-specific experience is helpful, it is not a requirement. Our corporation is open to working under alternative billing arrangements, including contingency, hybrid, or milestone-based fee structures.
