The ideal candidate will possess significant experience successfully closing property sales deals. This role involves selling a unique product in the specialized supported living sector. Flexibility is required as some high net worth clients may be available during early evening hours. Highly qualified prospective clients will be provided via our customer relationship management system. It is crucial the selected individual understands the importance of promptly responding to inbound enquiries, generally within 15 minutes of receipt. As compensation, we are pleased to offer a generous commission-based structure including a retainer bonus for top performance. The successful applicant must demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and closing abilities when interacting with clients. Prior expertise working in senior housing, real estate, finance or property management would be well-suited experience for this commercially focused position.
