Please review and optimize the plugin code to ensure more efficient handling of API calls and database queries, implement proper error handling and retry logic for API interactions, and resolve PHP-FPM bottlenecks. The goal is to reduce server resource usage, prevent crashes, and improve the overall speed and stability of the website. This should be completed within the next 3 days for a first round of fixes.
