Im looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level Human Resources Recruiter to join my team. Your primary role will be to help us find and hire exceptional talent. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals). - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. - Coordinate interview schedules and collaborate with hiring managers. - Provide an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.
