I'm looking for a detail-oriented and proactive freelancer to assist with data entry tasks for various Magento and Shopify stores. You should be comfortable working with both platforms and capable of applying common sense and initiative to your work. This is an ongoing project with potential for regular tasks.
Responsibilities: Uploading and updating products on Magento and Shopify platforms, including descriptions, images, pricing, attributes, and inventory.
Creating and organizing categories, collections, and tags for optimal user experience and SEO.
Ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted across platforms.
Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in product data.
Proactively suggesting improvements to product listings to enhance quality and clarity.
Handling bulk imports and exports when required.
Keeping product data well-organized and up-to-date.
Requirements: Proven experience with Magento and Shopify platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to ask questions if unclear.
Ability to apply common sense and initiative when organizing product data.
Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus but not essential.
Additional Information: This is an ongoing project, so I’m looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship.
Experience with CSV uploads and familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets is beneficial.
