- Process involves some iterative work in designing the space and figuring out the optimal spatial layout
Description:
- This is a tenant improvement for a restaurant conversion from a basic retail setup
- Interior dimensions are roughly 1,400 sq ft (entire main floor)
- Entire building is only 2 storeys and a basement (roughly 1,400 sq ft each)
- Existing plans are hand drawn sketches that must be redrawn
- Basic plan showing interior dimensions is available
- Basic sketch showing general proposed layout is available, although it's incomplete and needs refinement
- List of equipment is available
Important:
- Submitted drawings must use metric units
- Plans will be submitted for a building permit
- Revisions are to be expected, although they are likely minimal in nature
- Final submittal must meet Vancouver Building Bylaw standards (outline how you will ensure code compliance)
