We're a growing Automation Agency looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Automation Specialist familiar with Zapier or Make and CRM systems like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or Go High Level.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys applying their skills to real-world business processes and wants to grow in a dynamic industry.
Our projects focus on automating core business processes for Youth Activity Centers—such as dance, music, and acting schools—by integrating their tech stack and maximizing its potential.
This involves:
1) Auditing the client's class management software to understand how to connect it to the rest of the tech stack. 2) Setting up CRM systems to keep everything organized and efficient. 3) Implementing a tracking system to monitor key metrics and improve decision-making. 4) Using Zapier to integrate tools and streamline the processes.
Our goal is to reduce clients' manual tasks so they can focus on what they love most: engaging with kids.
What You'll Do:
-Follow provided frameworks and support the team during implementation. -Offer insights on how to enhance processes. -Develop and implement automation solutions. -Train the client’s team on new systems. -Collaborate with our team to brainstorm innovative solutions and share knowledge.
