Social Scheduling & Captions
Design and queue 3–4 posts/week per micro brand using Buffer as the scheduling tool Write engaging English language captions for all three microbrands with appropriate hashtags and tags Turn supplied long‑form footage into 4×15–60 sec vertical edits for each micro brand, adding captions & where necessary, music supplied by me.
Japanese‑Language Promotion (L J English Only)
Create and post 2× updates in Japanese on platforms like Twitter (JP), LINE, Mixi, etc. Engage with Japanese‑speaking fans via comments/DMs
Analytics Reporting
Simple weekly snapshot: engagement, reach, and any follower upticks
Key Requirements
Portfolio links or screenshots of similar social media campaigns & short‑form video edits Fluent enough in Japanese that, if you do use translation tools, you can recognise errors and you have familiarity with Japanese social platforms Own subscription to graphics / video editing packages Deliver within 48 hrs for small tasks; complete full monthly bundle by day 5 of each month Fully asynchronous—just hit deadlines, no fixed login times
