We're a digital agency supporting the rollout of a localization and conversion optimization strategy for a modular website built on React (frontend) and headless WordPress (ACF).
We’re looking for a React developer to: - Define the best technical path forward (component-based vs. full localized pages) - Potentially take ownership of implementation if aligned - White-label as part of our agency (participate in client meetings with an agency email)
Our goal is to move fast, ideally we'd like to: - Have a clear understanding by Tuesday next week (April 22nd) - Post-NDA we will share technical scope of the project, in return you will present a project proposal with up - To be clear, this is a large project for an international company and brand and we will need review project proposals - If proposal is agreed on, you will attend a preliminary client meeting shortly after
Tech Environment - Frontend: React (component-based, Figma-aligned) - CMS: Headless WordPress (custom ACF setup) - No localization plugins, this is a custom-coded analytics-driven solution - Content includes: Articles, CTAs, pricing modules, regional rep profiles
Responsibilities You’ll help us with the following: - Defining & Executing Strategy - Recommend best approach: component swaps vs. full localized pages - Potentially lead implementation (if interested in ownership) - Advise on performance, testing, and scalability
Contextual Notes - Project-based engagement (could be hourly) - Opportunity for ongoing collaboration on other projects - Must be comfortable white-labeling (joining client calls as agency rep) - No upfront paid calls, we move quickly once aligned - NDA required (we’ll send immediately if interested)
You’re a Fit If You - Have strong React experience (no strict years requirement) - Understand headless WordPress + ACF workflows - Have worked on localization, geo-based content, or CRO - Think in scalable, testable architectures - Communicate clearly in fast-moving, client-facing environments
Bonus Points For - Experience leading dev teams or advising agencies - Familiarity with dynamic pricing, geo-routing, or A/B testing - Ability to take ownership of project execution
