The primary objective is to identify launch-critical issues across multiple areas, including but not limited to performance, user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), account management, wishlist functionality, checkout system, security testing, and compatibility.

In addition to the analysis, I am proposing a long-term supervisory role. In this capacity, you will oversee the project, provide strategic advice, and ensure that optimizations are implemented effectively. Please note that this role does not involve hands-on coding; rather, it focuses on guidance and oversight.
