We are looking for an intermediate-level Paid Ads Manager who specializes in lowering CAC fast and scaling new client volume profitably for e-commerce brands.
Immediate mission: -Cut all campaigns/ad sets with CAC over $130 immediately. -Reallocate all budget to winning campaigns under $110 CAC. -Launch a minimum of 5 new ad set tests per day. -Aggressively rebuild profitable client volume to 150–200+ clients per week within 7–14 days.
Ideal Candidate Must Have: -Proven experience lowering CAC by 20–30% inside 7–14 days. -Expert in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. -Mastery of fast-cut/fast-scale decision-making (24–48 hour test windows). -Clear daily reporting habits (CAC trend, kills, new tests, volume tracking). -Strong mindset around profitability first, volume second. -Willingness to work fast, decisively, and without excuses.
