I am supporting a company in developing preliminary master plan concepts for a new mountain resort. The land size is 207 thousand square meters with different terrain and elevations.
I need someone to create a 3D conceptual master plan for the project based on my instructions.
I will provide the selected freelancer with Autocad file of the project land, google earth files, as well as pinterest images of the types of mountain lodges and other elements I want to include in the project, which are as follows: 1. Six different types of small mountain lodges (attached are three samples of required designs). The total number of lots and lodges to be shown in the resort master plan shall be approximately 250. 2. Small mosque 3. A classroom (3 classroom structures with the same design shall be included in the master plan) 4. Various recreational and sports elements and parks 5. Three Parking Lots 6. Two Cafes/Restaurants 7. Other miscellaneous elements
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES: 1. 2D Master Plan showing the layout of the entire project land, the division of lots and the placement of mountain lodges and other elements 2. 3D Master Plan showing all elements from a top view including correct depiction of land terrain 3. A high-resolution 3D animation video showing the entire project from above and from near ground level for the entire resort 4. PDF files and source files for the above
TIMELINE: 25 days to complete all deliverables including time for my prompt reviews and time for incorporating all my comments
PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. You must have done something similar before
