I run a growing UK-based paralegal business offering legal consultancy, retainers, online courses, and digital products. I'm seeking a proactive and results-driven freelance Business Development & Client Acquisition Specialist to help scale revenue by bringing in new clients, particularly for our legal services and retainer packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients (B2B and B2C)
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.)
Qualify leads and close new business
Help create or refine sales materials, pitches, and client onboarding process
Provide weekly performance reports and KPIs
Work closely with me to align strategy with brand and offers
Ideal Skills & Experience:
Proven success in sales or business development (legal or service industries preferred)
Familiarity with UK legal services or professional services
Strong communication and persuasive writing skills
Experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms
Able to work independently and hit targets
Commitment:
Flexible freelance arrangement (5–15 hours/week)
Initial 3-month contract with opportunity for ongoing work and bonuses
