About Us: Yoho Mobile is a global eSIM provider helping travelers stay connected in over 200 destinations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to help us build and manage high-performing email campaigns that engage users and drive growth.
Role Overview: In this role, you’ll take ownership of email campaign execution — from planning to reporting — with a strong focus on user segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization. This is an internal marketing role, and all work will be managed in-house
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns (e.g. welcome flows, promotions, cart recovery)
Use our email marketing platform (Brevo / Sendinblue) to manage workflows, lists, and automations
Create responsive, visually engaging templates with clear CTAs and user-focused content
Segment audiences and personalize messaging for different lifecycle stages
Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and make data-driven improvements
Work closely with design, product, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in email marketing (ideally in travel, SaaS, or e-commerce)
Proficiency with Brevo / Sendinblue or similar email marketing tools
Familiar with lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and automation
Strong writing and communication skills
Comfortable analyzing campaign data to guide future optimizations
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required
