This project seeks to optimize an existing Zoho CRM implementation through enhanced workflow automation and artificial intelligence capabilities. The current system utilizes the comprehensive Zoho One platform, however several processes remain manually intensive and error-prone. The goal is to develop an intelligent virtual agent using Zoho's integration and API features to field basic customer inquiries via chat. This bot would be trained on historical data to respond accurately while also recognizing when to escalate more complex questions to a human agent. Additional AI components could perform tasks like data validation, duplicate detection, and customized notifications. Workflows between sales, support, and marketing functions require streamlining as well. The selected freelancer will evaluate current usage and identify top opportunities for automation. Solutions may involve integrating third-party tools or building custom applications and database solutions. Technical experience with Zoho CRM, programming languages, AI/machine learning frameworks, and workflow development is essential. The end aim is to bring greater efficiency, reduced human error rates, and an improved experience for all users through a more intelligent and cohesive CRM platform.
