I’m a full-time A Level Biology and Chemistry tutor (and AQA examiner) looking for an Excel expert to create a clean, professional, and easy-to-use student tracking system.
What I need:
A weekly tracker to log lesson content per student
Homework tracker with completion indicators
Automated test score calculator (averages per student)
Summary dashboard with student grades and progress
A tab to log AQA past paper attempts by exam session (from Jan 2010 to present)
Clean, colour-coded formatting (ideally pastel, professional tones)
Ability to manually add weeks and students as needed
Preferably formulas to reduce manual admin (e.g. conditional formatting, grade calculation)
Deliverables:
Fully editable Excel (.xlsx) file
Some documentation or a walkthrough (video or notes) explaining how to use/update it
Optional (bonus):
Design a printable monthly parent report summary sheet
Ideal Freelancer:
Experience designing trackers or dashboards for education
Strong knowledge of formulas, data validation, formatting
Good communication and can offer suggestions based on best practice |
