Immergency Media LLC is seeking a custom website that will serve as the hub for all company activities
1. Mobile-Optimized Design:
The website must be fully responsive, ensuring seamless user experience across all devices. Ensure that all design elements, including images, text, and interactive features, scale appropriately without loss of functionality or visual integrity. Optimize website for loading times for mobile users, with a focus on speed and accessibility.
2. Interactive Design Element:
The website should incorporate an interactive design element that reflects Immergency Media LLC's brand and demonstrate our unique offering of 360° audio design. Develop an interactive asset that visually and audibly represents our 360° audio design capabilities. Implement a visually interactive audio map for 360° audio design. The interactive design element should be on the homepage within a section about “360° audio design.” The visual should contain the following elements: A stick figure avatar with interactive icons surrounding the figure. The ability for users to drag and move around the avatar to see the interactive icons. The interactive audio elements: a visual representation of audio elements surrounding the avatar. (If possible) The ability for users to hear the sound elements surrounding the avatar. Only disregard if not possible from a technical stand-point and or if the implementation of sound elements would lead to a considerably slower loading page (adding to more than 1 second of load time). Ensure that the interactive element is consistent with the brand's aesthetic and contributes to the overall user experience.
3. Newsletter Sign-Up:
Integrate a user-friendly newsletter sign-up feature to capture visitor email addresses. Design should be non-intrusive yet prominent on multiple pages, including the homepage and blog.
Include a double opt-in process to ensure compliance with email marketing regulations. Connect the sign-up form with our email for seamless integration.
4. Interactive 'Quote' Calculator:
A key feature of the website is an interactive calculator that allows potential clients to estimate the cost of producing their audiobook based on length and other customizable factors. The calculator should be easy to use and factor in variables such as package selection and book length. The calculator should return a real-time quote, breaking down the costs and providing an accurate estimate of what the user can expect to pay. The design should be engaging, reflect the brand’s aesthetic, and function as a professional tool. Allow for real-time updates to the quote as users adjust their input. Include an option to submit the final estimate for follow-up by the Immergency Media team via email.
5. Blog Functionality:
The website should include a blog section with user-friendly creation and deletion features, including a trending section to highlight popular posts. Ensure the design of the blog aligns with the overall website aesthetic, with clear headings, images, and metadata display. Include a “Trending” section on the blog’s main page, which dynamically updates based on user engagement metrics. Ensure that the blog is optimized for SEO, with all necessary metadata fields available for each post. Ensure the blog functionality is easy to use for the Immergency Media team to add and delete blog posts
6. Embedded RSS Feed:
Embed up to 2 RSS feeds to allow users to download, listen to and subscribe to podcast(s).
Position the RSS feed prominently on relevant pages.
Ensure compatibility with popular platforms.
Test the feed to confirm it correctly syndicates content across all intended platforms.
7. Visual/Functional Requirements:
The interface should be sleek, modern, and easy to navigate, with clear instructions for the user. The homepage should be able to load within 0 - 2.5 seconds. The website should use the company’s font across all text on the website. A scalable website homepage banner (to the device’s platform i.e. ios mobile) of the Immergency Media logo needs to be made and implemented.
