Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Automation Specialist to automate our social media content creation and publishing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, automation tools, AI-generated content creation, and scripting. You will be responsible for developing a workflow that identifies trending topics, creates engaging videos using AI, and publishes content automatically across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

Trending Topic Analysis:

Use tools and APIs to identify and analyze trending topics relevant to our industry.

Implement custom filters to ensure the relevance of topics.

Generate reports on trending topics for content planning.

AI-Generated Content Creation:

Develop or utilize AI tools to generate scripts based on trending topics.

Implement text-to-speech (TTS) solutions for creating voiceovers.

Create engaging video content using AI-driven tools or custom scripts, including captions and graphics.

Automated Content Publishing:

Set up and manage automated publishing workflows across social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Write custom scripts to interact with social media APIs for posting content.

Schedule and optimize content publication times for maximum engagement.

Monitoring and Optimization:

Track the performance of automated posts and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Continuously refine automation processes to improve efficiency and engagement.

Ensure robust error handling and logging in all automated processes.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align automation with overall strategy.

Provide regular updates and reports on automation performance and content engagement.

Required Skills:

Trending Topic Analysis:

Proficiency with tools like BuzzSumo, Google Trends, or similar.

Experience using APIs (e.g., Twitter API, Reddit API) for extracting trending topics.

Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis (optional but a plus).

AI-Generated Content Creation:

Experience with AI tools like GPT-4 for script generation.

Proficiency with text-to-speech tools (e.g., Amazon Polly, Google Text-to-Speech).

Familiarity with video creation tools like Lumen5, Synthesia, or custom Python-based video processing (e.g., moviepy, FFmpeg).

Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark (optional but a plus).

Automation & Scripting:

Strong experience with automation tools like Zapier, IFTTT, or similar.

Proficiency in Python for writing custom scripts, especially for API integration.

Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling and publishing posts.

Familiarity with RSS feed automation tools.

Social Media Management:

Understanding of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).

Experience with content scheduling, cross-platform posting, and performance tracking.

Analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance.

Communication & Collaboration:

Strong communication skills to work effectively with remote teams.

Ability to provide clear reports and updates on the progress of automation tasks.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a digital marketing or content creation environment.

A portfolio or examples of past work related to social media automation and AI-generated content.

Technical certifications in Python, AI/ML, or social media management tools (optional but a plus).
