Pride Foods UK & EU is the official UK and EU partner of Pride Foods USA, a clean-carb performance nutrition brand best known for our flagship product, Rice 'N Grinds.
We’re looking for a freelance digital marketing manager to support our ecommerce growth across Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify. This is an ad hoc, hourly-paid, and time-tracked role focused on performance marketing and visual content creation.
You must be able to create social content (Reels, Story graphics, post templates) and run Meta Ads campaigns that drive qualified traffic and sales. You’ll work directly with the UK/EU director and have creative freedom within a defined brand framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns using TOF/MOF/BOF structure A/B test creative and targeting to optimise CPA and ROAS Design and publish Instagram-first content, including: Reels with branded intros (Union Jack + EU flag) Story sequences Carousel graphics or single-image posts Write short, engaging captions with strong calls to action Collaborate with the founder on monthly content plans and brand messaging Provide weekly or bi-weekly performance reports (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions) (Optional) Support email campaign strategy via Klaviyo or Mailchimp (Optional) Assist with light SEO or Google Ads setup/maintenance Track all hours using Toggl, Harvest, or a similar time-tracking tool Requirements:
Proven experience managing Meta Ads for ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands Strong skills in editing and producing Reels/TikTok-style content (CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.) Fluent in written and spoken English Familiar with Instagram content trends, Shopify, and performance marketing best practices Comfortable working independently, reliably, and flexibly (5–10 hours per week) Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, CapCut, and Toggl or Harvest is expected Bonus (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
Experience working with UK/EU brands or audiences Knowledge of the health, fitness, or wellness market Google Ads/Search and SEO fundamentals Influencer coordination or UGC management Email marketing automation or CRM strategy experience
Preferred Tools:
Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Canva, CapCut/InShot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Toggl, Harvest, or Upwork Time Tracker.
Compensation Model:
We’re open to a hybrid structure:
Performance-based: 25% of monthly ad spend for Meta Ads campaign management Hourly billing: For content creation, strategy, creative planning, or out-of-scope work Expected workload: 5–10 hours per week, time-tracked.
Please include your proposed rate (within £30–£45/hr) depending on experience, deliverables, and availability. Preference will be given to those who can deliver reliably and efficiently within budget.
Long-Term Potential:
This may evolve into an ongoing role or retainer arrangement for the right candidate based on performance, communication, and alignment with the brand.
