The platform will allow us to store statutory certificates (e.g., gas, EICR, fire safety), receive reminders before they expire, and log weekly fire alarm tests per property.

Secure user registration/login system User roles: Admin, Manager, Site Staff Role-based access control
b. Certificate Management
Upload/store certificates (PDF, images) Assign certificates to properties Set expiry dates for each certificate Automated email reminders 30/14/7 days before expiry Certificate status (Active, Expired, Upcoming)
c. Fire Test Logging
Weekly log form per property (date, time, notes) Option to upload related media (optional) View past logs per property
