We are seeking a professional, native English-speaking on-screen presenter/narrator to record presentations for a self-guided online course. This course focuses on soft skills, emotional intelligence, and mindset for professionals. The video recordings will be uploaded to an LMS system (likely Vimeo initially). We are looking for a speaker who can deliver content in a professional yet highly conversational, warm, encouraging, and interactive style, avoiding a "reading" or "lecturing" tone, and maintaining an engaging on-screen presence.
Scope of Work:
Video Recording of Session Content: Record video and audio for approximately 40 individual sessions spread across 8 modules. Module 1 & 2 (9 sessions) are ready to begin with. On-Screen Performance: Deliver content directly to the camera with natural body language, engaging facial expressions, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Maintain natural pauses and a conversational flow. Style & Tone: Ensure all recordings convey interaction, closeness, warmth, and encouragement, consistent with the course's focus on human dynamics. Self-Direction: While scripts/notes will be provided, the artist should be able to internalize the content and make it their own to enhance the natural, conversational elements, sticking to the core messaging. Note that video editing will be done by an editor, you’re not expected to create the intro + outro slides or edit the content. We will only require the raw footage from you.
Specific Requirements:
Native English Speaker: Must be a native English speaker. UK accent preferred: Strong preference for a neutral or standard UK English accent. Professional On-Screen Presence: Confident and engaging on camera, with clear articulation and appropriate pacing. High-Quality Video & Audio: Recordings must be high-resolution (at least 1080p, preferably 4K if possible), clear, well-lit, and free from background noise or distortions. Freelancer must have access to good quality recording equipment. Professional Appearance: Presenter should maintain a professional and approachable appearance suitable for corporate e-learning. Conversational Delivery: Ability to deliver complex professional content in an engaging, relatable, and approachable manner. No robotic reading or flat delivery. Turnaround Time: Ability to deliver recordings in batches, with a clear understanding of deadlines for the initial modules (9 sessions) and subsequently for the full course.

Project Details:
Total Sessions: Approximately 40-50 sessions across 8 modules. Current Ready Sessions: Module 1 and 2 are ready (comprising 9 sessions). Session Length: Each session recording is anticipated to be between 20 and 40 mins on average, though this can vary. (Please confirm your average expected duration per session in your quote.) Visual Assets: No specific client-provided visual assets (e.g., b-roll) will be integrated by the presenter; focus is on the presenter themselves. Recording Environment: No specific client requirements for the recording environment beyond professional quality; freelancer's standard professional studio setup (with good lighting and background) is expected. Accessibility: No specific accessibility requirements mentioned (e.g., audio descriptions) beyond clear video and audio for general use.
Materials We Will Provide:
Polished slide decks for each session. Detailed audio scripts, narrative suggestions, tone suggestions, and speaker notes for each slide. The core content will be clear, allowing for natural adaptation. Brand guidelines/assets to help inform the desired tone and professionalism.
Deliverables:
High-quality video files (.MP4, or specified upon agreement) for each recorded session. High-quality audio files (.WAV or .MP3) accompanying the video. Videos should be edited for clarity, consistency, pacing, and basic professional presentation (e.g., color correction, audio leveling). We are open to discussing delivery of raw footage if preferred for our team to edit.
