Expected duration: Ongoing This project involves outreach to existing customers through telephone conversations to determine how a business can better serve them.
The contractor will be provided contact information for approximately 500 regular customers who have not placed an order within the past two months.
For a one hour trial, calls will be made to these 'lapsed customers' as well as recent customers labelled as 'hot/warm leads.' The approach will be conversational to respectfully ask customers if there is any way the business can support their needs. No sales pressure will be applied. Rather, the aim is to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to better assist clients.
If the trial is successful, the role may expand to a regular 2-3 hours weekly. For these brief phone discussions, all necessary customer data and contextual details will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to politely and helpfully check in with past customers. This is a flexible, part-time project providing outsourced customer relationship management through courtesy telephone outreach. The business seeks to better understand client experience and how to best serve patrons through this virtual customer follow up.
