Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks Description: We're building app.phoenix.io, a next-generation decentralized platform inspired by app.venus.io. This is not a clone or fork, but a fresh project that builds on the proven ideas of Venus to create something more scalable, user-focused, and technically advanced.
We are currently assembling the core team that will bring Phoenix to life. Our focus is on clean architecture, modern tech stack, and seamless Web3 experience.
This project is the foundation for our new company — Phoenix, which will officially launch alongside the platform. For now, I'm acting as the recruiter to bring together the best freelancers. But after launch and company formation, I will move into the Account Manager role to help lead long-term strategy, team structure, and partnership growth.
Your Role: As a Senior Web3 Full Stack Developer, you will:
Design and upgrade smart contracts using Solidity
Build and improve the full stack (frontend & backend) using React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
Improve scalability, Web3 wallet integrations, and UX
Collaborate with our CTO, designer, and PM to meet development goals
Offer solutions, not just code — help shape the platform
Requirements: Strong experience with Solidity, Ethers.js, Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript
Solid understanding of Web3 architecture, wallet systems, and smart contract security
Familiarity with DeFi protocols
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup
Fluent in English
Professional mindset with interest in long-term contribution
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary (stable and competitive)
