I have built an Excel spreadsheet which I would like someone with good Excel skills to take a look at. Need to have it jazzed up and make sure filters are working. For an expert should be less than 30 mins work.
Ask is the following on KANBAN TAB have a total of 9 Swim Lanes (Currently 7): Need to be called: GAPS, BACKLOG, IN DEVELOPMENT, IN ANALYSIS, READY FOR RELEASE, RELEASED, BLOCKED, LOW CONFIDENCE, WITHDRAWN
For each of the entries on the setup sheet once they are given a STATUS they should be added to that Swim Lane.
In terms of entries the spreedsheet should be able to support upto 500 lines of entries.
The filters on the KANBAN tab need to work. The additional one of Closed simply needs to give a total of the number of checkboxes ticked on the Tasks list as well as showing the entries in the Released Swim lane. The status summary needs to reflect the 9 swim lanes. Upcoming deadlines needs to show the next 10 items and highlight in red any due in next 30 days, orange any in next 60 days.
The filters, Status Summary Upcoming headlines need to look presented well above the Swimlanes. If also for each of the Owner (CAT, DOG, FISH, OWL) if a Progress wheel which works out % of category completed. (Completed is Released + Withdrawn).
