I seek a skilled appointment setter to facilitate important discussions with prominent music labels in Los Angeles. As a private equity firm pursuing joint venture partnerships, securing meetings with industry leaders is paramount. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary communication and relationship-building talents to schedule face-to-face appointments at Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Warner Music Group headquarters.
Key responsibilities include visiting label offices in person to professionally introduce our venture and request time with decision-makers. Phone calls and follow ups will also be integral to follow through and confirm meetings. Should agreements be reached, support may be provided through initial contracting phases.
An effective communicator with a proven track record of closing deals in corporate environments is preferred. A sales background working with high-value clients would be an asset. Comfort engaging diplomatically yet persuasively with C-Suite executives is important.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in negotiations that could shape the future of the music business. Facilitating introductions and establishing rapport are essential initial steps. Travel within Los Angeles will be required to meet with industry veterans and pitch our backing.
