The audience/readership is women going through perimenopause or menopause, and I want the guide to feel calming, intelligent and emotionally supportive.

We need a designer to fomat the text and lay it out into a beautiful, non-editable PDF. I’m looking for a clean, modern layout with soft, feminine tones (like sage, blush, or soft neutrals) and readable fonts. Ideally, the design should reflect a grounded and nurturing tone.
Summary: Document length: 6pp A4 pages Format: PDF, non-editable, printable Style: Calm, elegant, feminine but grounded. No overly clinical or frilly designs. Fonts: Readable and soft. Nothing too formal or harsh. Colours: Warm, soothing tones (e.g., soft blush, sage green, lavender, sand). Images/illustrations: No images other than cover (provided) but can include gentle, abstract shapes, borders, backgrounds. File requirements: Final file should be ready for Etsy upload (non-editable PDF). Max file size 20MB
